Once we ship the order you will get an email with tracking info that your product has been shipped. If somehow you did not receive the email you can chat us or contact us at support@jeoga.com or you can find your tracking info by using the steps below:

  1. Click here to go to My Orders
  2. Click on the VIEW button you will find beside each order as shown in screenshot.
  3. Now you can see the Order Tracking info on the top of your order detail as shown screenshot.
    Note: Tracking information will be shown only after the product has been shipped.
